La calidad de las servilletas del bufet

Dicta mucho la realidad con lo publicitado. El apartamento estaba muy deteriorado, sucio, antiguo, mal cuidado. El baño tenía moho. A nuestro parecer insalubre, hasta el punto que pedimos un cambio y nos dieron otro sin salón como el anterior, pero con el baño más aceptable. Siendo un todo incluido no había agua mineral y para acceder a ella teníamos que ir a una fuente donde habia vasos y beber o rellenar una botella que tendríamos que haber comprado antes. La comida de poca calidad y variedad.hamburguesa pizza perritos recalentados y poco más. El personal poco colaborador, pedimos desbloquear el tv para ver canales en español y aún estamos esperando una respuesta. El snak de media tarde constaba de pizza, perrito o sanguich recalentado. Antes de acabarse el horario de la comida y cena retiraban las vendejas y si se terminaban no reponian. A nuestro parecer al establecimiento le sobran al menos dos estrellas. Al comentarle al responsable de recepción el deterioro de las instalaciones y que no se parece en nada a lo publicitado. Nos responde que son fotos antiguas y son las que están, a lo que le respondimos que el precio si lo han actualizado. Nos hemos sentido engañado.

la cama si era cómoda faltaba televisión en la habitación, y el aire a condicionado no había forma de subirle temperatura por las noches cortábamos la luz para no quedarnos helados en el salón si tiene y ademas es espacioso con cocina por si acaso, cercanía a la playa unos 15 minutos por un sitio mal indicado y no para cualquiera... fácil para aparcar

la comida horrible, el olor, el hotel un laberinto el primer día casi llegamos tarde al desayuno imposible encontrar el acceso a comedor...y el aire a condicionado de la habitación no había forma de subirle temperatura por las noches cortábamos la luz para no quedarnos helados. Para nada es un 4 *, el hall moderno pero el resto antiguo, son todo apartamentos , la comida está buena pero poca variedad , el bar de la piscina cierra a las 18h y abre otro dentro del hotel de 18 a 23h .. solo ponen el aire acondicionado en el comedor , el resto ventanas abiertas que no corre ni gota de aire, no hay casi animacion Y una vergüenza que haya 75 hamacas en la piscina con las toallas puestas y solo 15 bañándose.. tendría q estar prohibido.. no hay socorrista y eso agrava la situación.. hubo un día que llegamos a las 13: 55 a comer y la última hora son las 14:00 pues en 5 minutos ya estaban quitando la comida.. si esa es la última hora deja 15 o 20 mint para que puedan comer los que entran a esa hora que para eso está.. mucha incongruencias desayuno de 7 a 10 y comida de 12.30 a 14 .. pa flipar . Lo mejor que está muy cerca de todo para visitar y tiene buen aparcamiento, sino encuentras puedes dejar el coche en el parking del continente ...y la WiFi imposible conectarse si hay mucha gente en el hotel, no pienses poder trabajar desde tu habitación, si tienes suerte solo lo podras hacer desde el hall....
