El hotel tiene 4 estrellas, aunque a mí parecer le sobran, el buffet libre es nada variado y con pocos platos, a parte de macarrones, arroz, patatas fritas, carne y pescado, poco más, ni siquiera platos típicos de aquí, los horarios muy malos para la gente de aquí, la cena hasta las 21. Tanto las habitaciones como el hotel les falta mantenimiento por todos lados, cristales rotos, hormigas y más insectos por las habitaciones, la ducha se atasca constantemente y encima se sale todo el agua del plato de ducha, y de vez en cuando el aire acondicionado de la habitación pierde agua, haciendo charco en la habitación. No hay nada de animación ni infantil ni para adultos, excepto el sábado que coincidia que hubo más gente mayor en el hotel. En el todo incluido te dicen que hay una sala donde tienes comida y bebida hasta la noche, desde las 18 de la tarde vacío, y encima lo único que ponen son sandwiches, algo de bollería y un poco de fruta. El spa está cerrado, en las salas comunes son aire acondicionado. La piscina és pequeña y no ponen ni música.
