Located in the tourist city of Puerto de la Cruz, on the island of Tenerife. At 1Km there is the beach and Lago Martiánez which is a leisure complex where there is an artificial lake and pools around it, as well as restaurants and shops.

The accommodation has 24 hour reception, air conditioning, swimming pool for the season, free Wi-Fi, premium Wi-Fi for € 10 a day, solarium where the pool is located (open all season). It also has a small SPA so you can relax.

Por otro lado, el horario de la piscina, la cual cerraba a las 18.00h, invitaba a no usarla, aunque nos dieron permiso para bañarnos, eso si, siguiendo con el tema horarios, la animacion del hotel duró hasta las 23.00h y el bar cafetería da igual a la hora que te sirva, que a las 00.00h te apagan las luces y meten prisa para que te vayas, aun estando en la terraza. Sin hablar de la carta donde te pone los precios de las copas y a la hora de pagar te cobran el refresco de mezcla por separado y SIN AVISARLO en ningún lado. Centrandonos en el buffet, cogimos media pensión, en el desayuno la comida esta bastante aceptable, pero una hora antes de que cierre, quitan los carteles de información de lo que es cada comida (por lo que no sabes lo que comes... si tienes alergias ten cuidado) y a las 10.00h empiezan a quitar toda la comida, entendemos que no repongan más a partir de las 10, pero si te descuidas te quitan el plato de la boca. La cena, es una lotería, un día bien y tres mal, siendo la variedad nula, el pan duro imaginamos que reciclado del desayuno. Y volvemos al tema horarios, totalmente adaptados al turista extranjero, ya que si estás cansado y vas de vacaciones tienes que madrugar si o si para desayunar e ir pendiente de la hora para la cena, porque a partir de las 21.00h ya no hay nada aceptable que comer. Las almohadas dejaban que desear, muy finas y la cama de matrimonio eran dos camas de 90cm juntas... el minibar es una tarifa de 15€ por lo que si te apetece una cocacola, pagas los 15€. Por otro lado el tema limpieza dejaba también que desear, siendo muy superficial, ya que las gotitas del lavabo del baño seguian 4 días despúes. Nuestra habitación era la 407 en el edificio B, habia que bajar dos ascensores distintos y bajar escaleras y andar unos 10 minutos hasta llegar.... En resumen, no volveriamos.
