 3.7 Liedvi Travelled with couple April 2024 The treatment of the staff, since the man at the reception was attentive and polite to us. Likewise with the woman who was in the dining room at breakfast time.
El trato del personal, ya que el hombre de recepción fue atento y educado con nosotros. Igualmente con la mujer que se encontraba en el comedor a la hora del desayuno.
The room was quite old, with the shortcomings that this entails, especially in terms of soundproofing (the room was next to the elevator and the noise could be heard continuously, as well as all the noise coming from the hallway and even from other rooms). The bed was not comfortable at all. When we went to make use of the auxiliary pillows, they were in plastic bags from which, when we picked them up, a lot of dust fell. The blind was a gymnasium in small dimensions. You had to be well fed to be able to lift such weight. There was a strong smell of tobacco in the facilities, we do not know if there are rooms for smokers. Finally, we decided to spend only 1 night in this accommodation (having already booked 2).
La habitación era bastante vieja, con las carencias que eso conlleva, sobre todo a nivel de insonorización (la habitación estaba junto al ascensor y se escuchaba continuamente el ruido, al igual que todo el procedente del pasillo e incluso de otras habitaciones). La cama no era para nada cómoda. Cuando fuimos a hacer uso de las almohadas auxiliares, estas estaban en unas bolsas plásticas de las cuales, al cogerlas cayó bastante polvo. La persiana era un gimnasio en pequeñas dimensiones. Había que estar bien alimentado para poder subir semejante peso. A las instalaciones entraba bastante olor a tabaco, desconocemos si hay habitaciones para fumadores. Finalmente, decidimos pasar únicamente 1 noche en este alojamiento (teniendo 2 ya contratadas).
