8.9 Sarai July 2024 The first comment is to thank the involvement of the animator in charge of the pirates activity. Our children are 5 years old, they liked it last year but this year they told us "he is the best, he treats us great and he is the most fun". The ease of access to fresh water throughout the day even though we did not have the "all inclusive" was ideal. The dining room staff was also charming. The food was quite tasty and varied. The rooms are fine. The cleanliness was also very good. The two swimming pools are great. It would be nice to have a fridge/minibar in the room. The children's activities at night are great and the adult activities are very, very, very good.
El primer comentario es para agradecer la implicación del animador encargado de la actividad de piratas. Nuestros hijos tienen 5 años, les gustó el año pasado pero este año nos han dicho "es el mejor, nos trata genial y es el más divertido". La facilidad de acceder a agua fresca durante todo el día aún no teniendo el "todo incluido" ha sido ideal. El personal del comedor también ha sido encantador. La comida bastante rica y variada. Las habitaciones están bien. La limpieza muy correcta también. Las dos piscinas están genial. Estaría bien tener neverita/minibar en la habitación. Las actividades para niños de la noche les encantan y las de los adultos hay algunas que están muy muy muy bien.

The food could be a little better, too much fried food for my taste (breakfast, lunch and dinner), very little variety, at least on the weekend there was almost only fish.

 6.1 Anna Travelled with couple July 2024 I found the rooms to be simple to say the least. I will tell you what I would have appreciated if they had told me before I went. There is no fridge in the room, something that complicates the situation, having gone in July. From the moment you walk in you realize that the layout is strange, and so is the room. I am celiac, this for me has been the worst part, because although we decided to do full board. I have fed two days with fried potatoes, they only had as an option grilled chicken/turkey breast with fries and some fish (seeing the look of the buffet) I chose grilled meat and potatoes, a single dish per meal, except the last day, which offered me gluten free macaroni, with fried tomato on the side (obviously I chose them but: hard). Really, if you suffer from any intolerance/allergy it is better not to even consider it. On top of that if I took some fresh tomato and olives those days they told me that they were not responsible.... Anyway, excellent area for parking, and although very crowded, nice pool. But, I don't recommend it, and I don't think I'll be back.
Me han parecido las habitaciones simples cuanto menos. Voy a contar lo que agradecería que me hubieran dicho a mi antes de ir. No hay nevera en la habitación, cosa que haber ido en julio complica la situación. Desde que entras te das cuenta que la distribución es extraña, y la habitación tambien. Soy celiaca, esta para mi ha sido la peor parte, porque aunque decidimos hacer pensión completa. Me he alimentado dos días a base de patata frita, solo tenían como opción pechuga de pollo/pavo a la plancha con patatas fritas y algun pescado (que viendo la pinta del buffet) elegí carne a la plancha y patatas, a plato únco por comida, salvo el último dia, que me ofrecieron macarrones sin gluten, con tomate frito aparte (Obviamente los elegí pero: duros). De verdad que si sufres alguna intolerancia/alergia es mejor ni plantearselo. Encima si cogí algo de tomate fresco y aceitunas esos días me decían que no se hacían responsables... En fin, zona excelente para aparcar, y aunque con mucha masificación, piscina agradable. Pero, ni lo recomiendo, ni creo volver.

 8.9 Laura Travelled with family July 2024 We only spent one night but we liked the pools, the food and the location because it was very quiet, the street parking on the same street, the show after dinner was very cool.

 5.7 Kitty13 Travelled with couple June 2024 The hotel is quite normal and the distance to the beach is 1 kilometer or more. Recommended for families with children because of the entertainment almost all day. Many English, Germans and French, more than Spaniards. Normal food buffet.
El hotel bastante normalito y la distancia a la playa a 1 kilómetro o mas. Recomendado para familias con niños por la animación casi todo el día. Muchos ingleses, alemánes y franceses, más que españoles. Comida normalita buffet.
Overall everything normal for the price which is affordable, but I would not go back.
