Me ha gustado mucho el servicio de atención al cliente busco chollos y el servicio de desayunos del hotel
That we could not enjoy the reservation, that we had to ask for towels since after cleaning the room they will not let us and the lack of security when asking for more keys for the room because a friend fell asleep and that they gave them to us without asking for our ID

Las instalaciones del hotel acordes para un hotel de 4 estrellas.
The ubication. It is right next to the 25th of April bridge and close to the airport. From a fourth floor we could almost greet the cars and trucks that passed over the bridge.
La ubicación. Está justo al lado del puente 25 de abril y cerca del aeropuerto. Desde una cuarta planta casi podíamos saludar a los coches y camiones que pasaban por el puente.

You could hear the passing of the trains all the time since in the hotel that is next to a train station and on the bridge that is above and is made of metal trains and trucks pass throughout the night. Well located, I do not ratify it, since you had to depend on buses and trams to get to the tourist areas. Walking more than 45 minutes at a good pace.
Se oía el paso del los trenes durante todo el tiempo ya que en el hotel que está al lado de una estación de tren y en el puente que está por encima y es de metal pasan trenes y camones durante toda la noche.Lo de que está bien situado no lo ratifico, ya que había que depender de buses y tranvías para llegar a las zonas turísticas. Andando más de 45 minutos a buen ritmo.

 8.3 Eva Maria Travelled with  friends July 2013 Todo bien en general Las habitaciones para tres adultos deberían ser más grandes y la cama supletoria también 7.3 Luis Barcenas Travelled with family July 2013 Lo mejor, su situación, junto al puente 25 de Abril, en plena zona de Belem y a unos pasos del Tejo. El personal atento, y los desayunos abundantes. El servicio es bueno, reponen todos los días. El garaje está bien, es de pago, pero no me pareció caro 7,5 euros por día, aunque también se puede dejar el coche por los alrededores. Yo lo guardé un par de noches porque no conocía la zona. Me lo pasé bien también con la gala del sábado de canción de ópera en el hall del hotel. La sensación de claustrofobia en la habitación, porque la ventana sólo se abría una rendija, además del olor de la moqueta del pasillo, a mejorar. Al llegar nos hicieron esperar un rato porque la habitación no estaba lista. 8.3 luja Travelled with family July 2013 La limpieza, la atención y el desayuno.
