La señora encargada de la limpieza intentó abrir nuestra puerta el día que llegamos por la tarde. Debería haberse informado antes de si habíamos ocupado ya la habitación o no en vez de comprobarlo ella misma. Los lugareños son agradables pero no te hablan nunca en español, a veces cuesta entenderles. Creo que los trabajadores de cara al público tendrían que saber un mínimo de español (o inglés).

Te cambian las toallas todos los días, las pongas en la bañera o no. Desayuno continental variado. Habitaciones silenciosas Ubicado a 20 minutos andando al centro. Buenas comunicaciones de entrada y salida de la ciudad al hotel.

El agua caliente salia muy amarilla, como por defecto de los cañerías. La reposición en los desayunos era escasa y a destiempo. Parking gratuito, pero plazas para coches grandes son mas bien justas. No hay animación en el hotel. Poca información por parte del hotel para visitar Coimbra. En el pasillo de nuestra habitación algún día olía a tabaco.
