La piscina tenía todos los filos sucios. El agua llenos de hojas, sin ningún mantenimiento. Las tumbonas rotas, sucias e insuficites. la piscina de los niños daba asco. La ubicación peor imposible, pone que está a 1600 metros de la playa eso no es real ,de hecho los alrededores del hotel no tienen una acera por la que puedas andar y hay que cruzar una autovía y la playa está lejísimos y además de muy mala calidad , a pesar de estar tan lejos de la playa el servicio de autobús que lo cobran, en una palabra ha sido una experiencia pésima y la comida repetitiva y carente de sabor. para no volver

 5.3 Sara Travelled with family July 2024 The staff does not solve if you have a problem, the triple rooms are actually doubles and you complain and they will put a smaller bed and supplementary and that's it, the food is not very varied and they put things left over from the previous day, the pool if I liked, but otherwise not worth 1 star this hotel, The only nice staff Gabriel the receptionist who cared, and the waiters at the buffet, the cooks there was one who was older who was very grumpy but the waitresses a love and a Moroccan cook who helped us a lot and was very nice, the boss was disengaged from the problems telling you that the hotel is full and can not give you a triple room, According to her the double rooms you put a smaller bed and children and it is already triple, the boss in our opinion did not help at all, then we are Muslims and we were told that the burgers were beef and in truth was mixed so do not trust her word, in short the trip in this hotel was a chaos, except the pool and little else has been the worst hotels as they do not solve any problem, also another very nice person is a receptionist with glasses that has arrived recently as 3 weeks ago told us and has been a love, the boss and a young man with blue eyes the worst you told them a problem and they got to comment laughing while listening to them.
el personal no resuelve si te pasa un problema , las habitaciones triples en realidad son dobles y te quejas y te pondrán una cama más pequeña y suplementaria y ya está , la comida muy poco variada y ponían cosas que sobraran del día anterior, la piscina si me gustó , pero por lo demás no vale ni 1 estrella este hotel , los únicos personales majos Gabriel el recepcionista que se preocupó , y los camareros del buffet , los cocineros había uno que era más mayor que era muy gruñón pero las camareras un amor y un cocinero marroquí que nos ayudó mucho y era muy majo , la jefa se desentendía de los problemas diciéndote que el hotel está lleno y no puede darte una habitación triple , según ella las habitaciones dobles les pones una cama más pequeño y de niños u ya es triple, la jefa en nuestra opinión no ayudaba en nada , después nosotros somos musulmanes y nos dijeron que las hamburguesas eran de carne de ternera y en verdad era mixta osea que no os fieis de su palabra , en resumen el viaje en este hotel a sido un caos , excepto la piscina y poco más a sido de los peores hoteles ya que no solucionan ningún problema , también otra persona muy maja es una recepcionista con gafas que a llegado hace poco como 3 semanas nos comentó y a sido un amor , la jefa y uno joven con ojos azules los peores les decías un problema y se metían a comentarlo riéndose mientras se les escuchaba
