Excellent 6.3 Coralie Travelled with family January 2020 I did not have great expectations for the price we paid, the bedrooms were sufficiently clean and actually the beds very comfortable, we slept well and we are warm with the heating we had. Personel pleasant and the food satisfactory for the price.
No tenía gran expectativas para el Precio hemos pagado, los habitaciones estaban suficiemente limpios y actualmente las camas muy cómodo, hemos dormido bien y estamos calentitos con la calefacción que teníamos. Personel agradable y la comida satisfactoria por el precio.
Paid for dinner as an extra and did not have the option of dinner, only lunch in the middle of the day which really screwed up our stay. We have plans in this part of Spain and places to visit and in the end we couldn't because we had to be at the hotel at noon for lunch. That was the most negative point. If we had known beforehand that there was only a lunch option, I would not have chosen this extra option. The advertisement clearly stated "dinner" and that was not available at the hotel. In short, we could not fulfill our plans and it was two days of wasted time and money because of a misleading advertisement and an option that was not available. If I knew this before, we would have stayed at home instead of going there. Saying that, the girl working at the bar and the guy at the front desk were nice and correct and although the hotel is very very old, we were comfortable overall. But don't hook people with services they don't have! We could have gone somewhere else that would have been more suited to our needs.
Pagado para cenar como un extra y no tenia la opción de cenar, solamente comida a medio día que realmente jodido nuestro estancia. Tenemos planes en este parte de España y sitios para visitar y al final no pudimos porque tenia que estar en el hotel a medio día para comer. Eso fue el punto más negativo. Si hubiéramos sabido antes que solamente tenía la opción de comidas, no hubiera eligido esta extra opción extra. El anuncio claramente decia" cenar" y eso no estaba disponible en el hotel. En fin no podíamos cumplir nuestro planes y fueron dos días perdidos de tiempo y dinero por culpa de un anuncio engañoso y una opción que no estaba disponible. Si supiera esto antes, nos hubiéramos quedado en casa en vez de irnos allí. Diciendo eso, la chica que trabajar en el bar y la chaval en recepción eran agradables y correcto y a pesar del hotel es muy muy antiguo, estamos cómodo en general. Pero no enganar gente con servicios que no tengan! Podemos he ido otro sitio que se adaptara más a nuestras necesidades.
