El hotel podría tener en cuenta el estado de la habitación,un habitación superior más cara que la normal, el armario las puertas super duras muy difíciles de mover, el baño se movían los grifos de la bañera la barra para agarrarte en la bañera se movía también. Más de dos horas y media sin luz en la habitación sin previo aviso lo mismo que salimos a la mañana y al volver habían cambiado las placas de las llaves de la habitación sin previo aviso otro paseo hasta recepción, detalles que un hotel de 4 estrellas tendría que cuidar mucho. El acceso a las termas por los jardines por qué por dentro del hotel lo tenían cerrado, la vuelta mojados bastante desagradable.
