The accommodation has 24 hour reception, air conditioning, heating, free wifi, buffet restaurant or letter (depending on season or occupation), paid indoor car park and free outdoor car park.

The hotel has a spa centre (for a fee), immersed in a magnificent botanical garden of 4 hectares with centenary species, supplied by different springs with temperatures ranging between 41 and 81ºC.
