Staying with a 1 year old baby, both the rooms and the food is not designed for it. There is no animation in the hotel. From the beach to the hotel, a big and tiring slope to get there daily. Small room. Balcony not very well kept. In general, not very practical.

First I left me some sandals I am sure I called I was told if we call you nothing. I called back I was answered by a rude girl is Russian or Ukrainian I was sure I left the sandal and the girl there is nothing with a tone of rude. The cleaning girls did not even leave towels

 8 Rebeca Elisabeta Travelled with couple July 2024 My partner and I have been staying at this hotel for 6 nights , the facilities of this hotel are quite clean , comfortable , have 2 medium pools and both have children's area , also hammocks and umbrellas free of charge and is not usually very congested . Also according to the breakfasts, lunches and dinners, they had quite a few options of food and desserts very good and with great variety to choose from. I wanted to highlight especially the great treatment of Sergi (who was in the buffet area and Mohamed (maintenance) for his hard work and attention to all staff, very good workers and good people.
Mi pareja y yo hemos estado alojados en este hotel durante 6 noches , las instalaciones de esta hotel son bastante limpias , cómodas , disponen de 2 piscinas medianas y en ambas hay zona para niños, también hamacas y sombrillas sin coste alguno y no suele estar muy congestionado . También conforme a los desayunos , comidas y cenas , disponían de bastantes opciones de comida y postres muy buenos y con gran variedad a elegir. Quería destacar sobre todo el gran trato de Sergi (que estaba en la zona del buffet y Mohamed (de mantenimiento) por su gran trabajo y atención hacia todo el personal , muy buenos trabajadores y buenas personas .
