El personal, son muy trabajadores y atentos en líneas generales. La piscina nos gustó, pero no era exactamente como aparece en las fotos de internet. El desayuno bueno y variado. Hemos estado a gusto los días que nos hemos alojado. Tienen cancha baloncesto, mini fútbol, bolos y cama elástica para los chavales.
Las instalaciones bien pero mejorables, estan en ello supongo, la cena bien pero mejorable también. El hotel está a unos 2 kms de Sanxenxo, hay que desplazarse en coche, autobús o taxi. No todas las habitaciones tienen cocina y nevera, cuidado a la hora de reservar. Nosotros tuvimos algún problema en la habitación pero nos lo solucionaron.
