On top of that, it’s in a separate building, not inside the hotel. The housekeeping staff are still working and making noise at 7pm, so the supposedly relaxing experience leaves a lot to be desired. In our case, we weren’t able to relax at all, which was what we were hoping for.

When the hotel told me my booking had been cancelled, you were so helpful and did everything you could to reassure me and worked with the hotel to straighten out the issue.
