Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. Viajamos con un bebé de 11 meses y desde el primer momento nos trataron genial. La habitación era perfecta, con una bañera espectacular. Nos pusieron una cuna aún sin pedirla y sin cobrarnos suplemento. Las chicas del SPA nos dejaron estar con la niña incluso nos explicaron bien qué podía usar la niña del SPA, ya que tienen una sala de sal que es perfecta para la piel de los bebés. Nos dejaron salir un poco más tarde sin problema para que nos diera tiempo a ducharnos tranquilamente al salir del SPA. En recepción fueron muy amables siempre, y en el comedor también.
Lo único malo es que el buffet de la cena no nos pareció excelente, y en el del desayuno faltaba mucha fruta, yogurt natural, y alguna opción más saludable. Por lo demás todo ideal, muy recomendado.

Un cuatro estrellas superior por no decir un 5*. Nuevo, moderno (con una introducción a la domótica interesante.) Las habitaciones espectaculares, la cama comodísima, la iluminación con un toque de fantasía rematado con una ducha de lluvia acristalada y transparente. El trato del personal del hotel en todo momento excelente con un agradecimiento especial a Sandra (del desayuno y el Spa el último día de estancia que se mostro muy profesional y super atenta. El Spa muy acogedor y relajante, sin niños los dos días, cuenta ademas con variedad de chorros de agua, duchas y tratamientos de sauna. Nos encantó la sauna con sales del Himalaya. Parking grande de dos plantas con plazas espaciosas.
Un par de recomendaciones de poca importancia para el Spa: cambiar la camilla de masajes que era estrecha y pequeña, y instalar unas asas en las camas de hidromasaje para evitar la tendencia a flotar del cuerpo.
