About the accommodation

The Checkin Concordia Playa 4* hotel is located in the northern coastal town of Tenerife, in Puerto de la Cruz. Martiánez Beach is less than 100 meters away.

The accommodation has 24-hour reception, so that you can be attended whenever you need it, restaurant service, air conditioning, wifi throughout the hotel, as well as indoor car park (fee).

You can unwind by sunbathing and cooling off in the outdoor pool, which is open all year round, great!

The rooms have air conditioning, free wifi, television, telephone, safe (for a fee) and a fully-equipped bathroom with shower or bathtub and hairdryer. In addition, all rooms have a balcony or terrace ;)

Less than 100 meters from the hotel you can find the black sand beach Martiánez and just 250 meters away, you will find the Martiánez Lake.

You can also take advantage of your stay to visit the Loro Parque about 3 km away by car.

I think it's great that they have a floor for immigrants but I find it fatal that they are all day in the holl sitting at the door preventing the passage and not to mention the stairs to the dining room sit and contal leave a scarce step for a person in the middle of bad manners gives a fatal image very good humanitarian work but should explain that depending on what areas should respect them for guests
Me parece genial que tengan una planta para inmigrantes pero me parece fatal que estén todo el día en el holl sentados en la puerta impidiendo el paso y ya no hablemos de las escaleras para el comedor se sientan y contal dejan un paso escaso para una persona por el medio de malas maneras da una imagen fatal muy buena la labor humanitaria pero deberían explicarles que según que zonas deberían respetarlas para los huespedes

The food was very bad, poor quality, poorly cooked, we had 2 out of 5 dinners. In cleaning the bathroom we stained a shirt with bleach.......y could continue but I think this is enough...... recommend looking for another hotel for the location.
Comida malísima , mala calidad mal cocinado , de 5 cenas hicimos 2 . En limpieza del baño nos mancharon una camiseta con lejía.......y podría continuar pero creo q con esto es suficiente...... recomiendo buscar otro hotel por la ubicación.

 10 Sonia Travelled with couple October 2023 The hotel is noticeable that it has its years, is arranged but not renovated. But maybe that's what makes it economical, because I have to say that its services work perfectly, the staff very close and above all I would emphasize that a 10 in cleanliness, and another 10 in location. I recommend it, I would repeat without hesitation and I am delighted, I wish I could have stayed more days.
El hotel se nota que tiene sus años, está arreglado pero no reformado. Pero quizás eso es lo qur lo hace economico, porque he de decir que sus servicios funcionan a la perfección, el personal muy cercano y sobre todo recalcaria que un 10 en limpieza, y otro 10 en ubicación. Lo recomiendo, lo repetiría sin dudar y estoy encantada, ojalá me pudiera haber quedado más días.

Cockroaches, we were surprised that they went up to the 10th floor. And the buffet, well, like everything else the food was not bad but it was always scarce.
