Yes, I would like to highlight as a negative the cleanliness of the rooms. One day we saw that they hadn’t cleaned the bathroom nor changed the towel we had left for replacement (they later provided it at Reception), and on another day when we hadn’t been at the hotel all day, on arrival we found that they HAD NOT CLEANED the room and hadn’t even made the beds. On the other hand, note that the pool and garden area is very clean. Our only disappointment is with the cleanliness of the rooms.

The internet hardly works and the Wi‑Fi is terrible. The pool closes at 7:30pm, which is when it’s nicest to be there. The buffet staff wouldn’t let me have a coffee two minutes after the service time ended, and to top it off you can’t even play cards or do anything in the evenings because the hotel closes everything off and you can only go to your room. Honestly it’s a bit boring 24 hours a day.

When the hotel told me my booking had been cancelled, you were so helpful and did everything you could to reassure me and worked with the hotel to straighten out the issue.
