About the accommodation

The Hotel Htop Royal Star & Spa 4* is located in the tourist town of Lloret de Mar, on the Costa Brava, in the province of Girona.

The hotel has 24 hour reception, free Wifi and high speed Wifi (fee), air conditioning, heating, indoor car park for a fee, bar-cafeteria service and restaurant where they offer breakfast, lunch and dinner.

For the summer season they have: a terrace with sun loungers where you can find the outdoor pool and entertainment for adults and children, great!

In addition, the accommodation has an indoor swimming pool area. It also has a sauna and a Turkish bath for a fee.

It has a total of 397 rooms. All of them are equipped with air conditioning, heating, free wifi connection and high-speed wifi connection (for a fee), desk, telephone, television and fully-equipped bathroom with shower or bathtub and hairdryer. All rooms are exterior and have a balcony.

Thanks to its location you will be 1 km from the center and just over 850 meters from the beach of Fenals. We recommend visiting other tourist towns in the area such as Canyelles, Tossa de Mar, Blanes or Malgrat de Mar (Barcelona Coast) (Barcelona Coast).

 4.3 Sandra Travelled with  friends June 2024 the category of the hotel 4 * does not correspond with anything to the facilities that it has, on the other hand it seems to us abusive and a horror that a hotel in beach area and festive atmosphere the room has to be left at 10:00 Hours, that less at the same hour that is made delivery of key or at least at 12:00 as in the majority of hotels of the same characteristics.
la categoria del hotel 4* no se corresponde con nada a las instalaciones que tiene, por otra banda nos parece abusivo y un horror que un hotel en zona de playa y de ambiente festivo la habitación se tenga que dejar a las 10:00 Horas, que menos a la misma hora que se hace entrega de llave o por lo menos a las 12:00 como en la mayoria de hoteles de las mismas caracteristicas.

All bad, the pools full of people shouting (we did not even step on them), the room without fridge and very old, the bathroom uncomfortable, old and very small, very bad food and without knowing what you are eating, meal times adjusted to foreigners, so at 20h you had to go to dinner to eat a little quiet because at 21:30 they remove the buffet, the room you have to leave at 10 am and if you want to stay until 12h you have to pay a supplement of 20 euros (ready), total, a disappointment, I am very user of buscaunchollo, but this time I will remember it very bitter, NOT RECOMMENDABLE.
Todo mal, las piscinas llenas de gente voceando (ni las pisamos), la habitación sin nevera y muy antiguas, el baño incómodo antiguo y muy pequeño, comida malísima y sin saber lo que te estás comiendo, horario de comidas ajustado a los extranjeros, con lo cual a las 20h tenías que ir a cenar para comer un poco tranquilo ya que a las 21:30 te retiran el bufette, la habitación la tienes que dejar a las 10 de la mañana y si te quieres quedar hasta las 12h tienes que pagar un suplemento de 20 euros ( listos), total, una decepción, yo soy muy usuaria de buscaunchollo, pero está vez la recordare muy amarga, NADA RECOMENDABLE

La comida mal, la habitación no la habían limpiado bien, el spa no se le puede nisiquiera llamar así, 300 niños en el spa tirandose y golpeando a los demás, la piscina igual, demasiada gente borracha, la comida no hay opción un día hamburguesa y al otro pizza, se terminaba todo tan rápido que al final no podías comer nada.
