6 DEVIAJES Travelled with family July 2024 The cleanliness was good, towels were changed every day, although on the last night we discovered by chance that a packet of crisps had "accompanied" us under the bed all week. I didn’t think it was right or legal (I don’t think it is) that Juan, one of the dining-room waiters, charged us the so-called “cover charge,” which is an extra cost on top of what you consume, and on top of the very expensive tourist tax of almost eight euros per person per night. The wall-to-wall carpet in the room and corridors wasn’t the best choice, as I noticed some signs of an allergy that I didn’t have before going.
La limpieza era buena, todos los dias cambio de toallas, aunque la ultima noche descubrimos por casualidad que debajo de la cama nos habia "acompañado" toda la semana una bolsa de patatas fritas. No me parecio correcto ni legal (creo que no lo es) que Juan,uno de los camareros del comedor nos cobrara lo que denominan el "cubierto " que supone un coste adicional al precio de lo que se consume, ademas de la carisima tasa turistica que supone casi ocho euros por persona y noche, La moqueta por todo el suelo de la habitacion y de los pasillos no era la mejor opcion pues note algun signo de alergia que antes de ir no tenia......

When the hotel told me my booking had been cancelled, you were so helpful and did everything you could to reassure me and worked with the hotel to straighten out the issue. I was really impressed and greatful and despite me not getting a room close by, it want your error and I know you tried your best. I would definitely book with you again
