La gestión nos ha parecido muy buena desde el principio: la compra fue muy fácil, el trámite del pasaporte también, y todo el viaje en general. El hotel es fantástico. Para muchos es un fastidio que esté aislado de todo, al sur de la isla, para nosotros fue un privilegio estar en plena naturaleza sin apenas influencia humana. La comida ha estado genial, el personal es maravilloso, las instalaciones son fantásticas. Todo nos ha gustado mucho

Pues nos ha molestado bastante que, habiendo hecho una enorme cola para facturar y a una hora muy temprana, de repente llegara un grupo de 15 personas y se saltasen toda la cola de facturación, tanto a la ida como a la vuelta. Había una persona que parecía erigirse como líder del grupo, dando muestras de que fuera un grupo organizado. Me importa muy poco que sean 15 como 58, tenían que haber hecho su cola como todos los demás, que para eso nos levantamos todos muy temprano menos ellos, que llegaron a última hora. Me pareció muy injusto y poco profesional por parte del organizador del viaje, que a mis efectos sois vosotros. Da una imagen pésima de arbitrariedad y manejo feo de influencias. No debería permitirse, y me consta que muchos pasajeros estaban disgustados por esto.

Un hotel con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones buenísimas. Con el todo incluido puedes comer y beber lo que quieras. Tienes servicio de habitación a diario. Hay tres piscinas, una es sólo para la zona de solo adultos. A través de la app del Riu puedes reservar para comer en sus 3 restaurantes temáticos (asiático, italiano y de Boavista) y puedes ir también a dos buffet donde puedes desayunar, almorzar, comer, cenar... Además en la app puedes reservar bus para ir los viernes a las posibles fiestas en el otro hotel, en el que vienen a buscarte en bus. Hay muchísimas excursiones disponibles, dependiendo de la época en la que viajes, si es verano puedes ver tortugas, montar en buggy, almuerzos o comidas típicas, bailes, catamarán, visitas a los diferentes pueblos. Y te recogen desde el hotel. También hay posibilidad de alquilar coches o de pedir taxi para ir al pueblo. Los trabajadores del hotel son tan amables ... Les daría un diez en atención por su parte. Para mí es un resort muy completo, lleno de actividades, espectáculos, bares de copas o café, una playa preciosa y puestecitos para comprar souvenirs. Recomiendo muchísimo este viaje.

Quizá las habitaciones sean menos que de 5 estrellas. Y la playa en verano tiene bandera roja, y no puedes bañarte con tranquilidad debido a las grandes olas.

La amabilidad del personal, el buffet (tanto en variedad como en calidad), la temperatura, el ambiente, buen entretenimiento en general, música en vivo por las tardes.

Las piscinas abarrotadas, abren a las 9, pero las tumbonas las "reservan" con toallas a las 7. La piscina con bar dónde no debería haber niños, llena de niños con colchonetas enormes (culpa de los padres también). La playa de enfrente del hotel (el Touareg) está todo el año con bandera roja, no sé puede nadar por el fuerte oleaje y la profundidad (nos comentaron que se acercan bastantes tiburones blancos por eso).

Los buffets tenían mucha variedad, y estaba todo muy bueno, el personal del hotel fue muy amable. Me encantó los espectáculos nocturnos.

No limpiaron bien la habitación, ni jabón ni papel higiénico no limpiaron el cenicero. La zona de solo adultos de la piscina estaba llena de niños, todo el tiempo.
