El hotel muy bonito, el personal super amable y la comida rica y variada Varios aspectos a destacar, tiene varias piscinas, en la principal hay un bar y tambien sirven snacks, la otra es más tranquila La comida dle buffet para nosotros estuvo muy bien, y variada. Comimos en los tres restaurantes que tiene, pero sin lugar a dudas el mejor ha sido el grill 100% recomendable, le sigue el italiano qué estaba muy rico también y por último el japonés, que no me gustó mucho. Si llegas fuera de hora puedes ir al sport bar, funciona las 24hr y tienen snacks y bebidas. Para ir a la playa tienen un carrito de golf, pero a veces se tarda un poco y vale la pena ir caminando, al llegar a la playa tienes acceso al buffet el Riu Yucatán, así como a su bar y la zona de piscina,en términos generales estuvo bien. En cuanto a la ubicación del hotel, esta a 40 min aproximadamente caminando de playa del carmen, es como un urbanización, y es bastante seguro, bonito y limpio. En las instalaciones hay animalitos, de nuestro balcón siempre veíamos un ciervo por las mañanas, nos gustó mucho. Las habitaciones bien, tienen bebida, agua, cocacola, cerveza, tequila, ron vodka... Está muy bien.

Las habitaciones están un poco anticuadas, pero aún así bien. Lo único bueno sería que hubiera algún bus que te lleve del hotel a la entrada del complejo de Playacar.

Recomiendo absolutamente todo en cuanto al hotel y sus servicios, me ha encantado.

Lo único que no me ha gustado han sido los vuelos con Iberojet. En el de ida había pantallas que fallaban como escopetas de feria. En el de vuelta ni siquiera había pantallas, pero nos facilitaron una manta para dormir.

Acabamos de volver de nuestras vacaciones en Mexico y han sido inmejorables!! Al principio dudábamos entre el Riu Lupita o el Riu Tequila pero sin duda no nos equivocamos. En el Riu Tequila el servicio nos sorprendió con creces de lo atentos, amables y efectivos que son!! La limpieza de las habitaciones a diario, nos ponian el aire acondicionado para que cuando llegaramos estuviera la habitación aclimatada, la predisposición exquisita en las comidas, cuando te levantabas a por el segundo plato ya tenias la mesa recogida, de verdad inmejorable. A diferencia del Riu Lupita, el Tequila se encuentra a 5 minutos caminando de la playa y ofrece el servicio de transporte que te baja al BeachClub. La comida del buffet era espectacular, las instalaciones enormes y de gran calidad... los espectáculos de entretenimiento estuvieron geniales, podria estar escribiendo 3 horas y no pararia. En cuanto al servicio ofrecido por Buscounchollo no tengo nada diferente que añadir, ya es la 6a vez que reservo con la agencia y es un no parar, es adictivo jajajaj Si tuviese que volver a escoger estancia en la Riviera Maya, sin duda volveria a repetir en este hotel. Y si tuviese que recomendarlo, es un por supuesto que si!

En cuanto al hotel y a la reserva con la agencia no tengo nada malo que decir, sin embargo con el servicio de traslado del hotel al aeropuerto podria tener una mejor comunicación e indicar el horario de recogida con más antelación para así poder llevar una mejor organización personal. El personal del autobús muy servicial y amable! Muy contenta con el viaje y sin duda una experiencia que vale la pena vivir espero que le haya sido de utilidad mi comentario!
