En el alojamiento se puede mejorar por ejemplo el tema de calefacción y no pasar frio, los radiadores no funcionaban, la insonorización de las habitaciones, la limpieza de la única silla que había en la habitación que estaba bastante sucia, el olor de los pasillos y habitaciones, cambio de toallas que estaban súper deterioradas, los radiadores que aunque no funcionaban goteaban y tenían un baso de plástico para que no cayera al piso, la bañera con esas cortinas que se te pegan al ducharte y ademas no tragaba bien el desagüe, el no tener ascensor y tener que subir las maletas cargandolas a los pisos superiores, etc, etc, etc

Hemos disfrutado muchísimo del entorno, el pueblo es precioso y está a tan solo media hora de la Laguna Negra y cerca de varios pueblecitos que parecen de cuento. La atención del personal ha sido de 10. Nosotros cogimos media pensión y la cena nos sorprendió gratamente, menú en el que elegir un primero y un segundo (más postre), variedad de platos y la comida estaba riquísima. El hotel es perfecto para desconectar.

Lo único que mejoraría sería la variedad en el desayuno ya que es demasiado básico, echamos de menos tener una selección más amplia para escoger y disfrutar del buffet, algún caprichito dulce...
