Excellent 1 Sergio Travelled with  friends September 2025 Unfortunately, my experience at the 4R Gran Regina Hotel (September 2025) was very negative. We suffered constant noise and disturbances from other guests who were drunk, even finding a minor passed out in the hallway. Our peace and rest were affected every night, the staff did not resolve the situation despite our repeated complaints. The "do not disturb" signs were also not respected. The hotel management was very poor and we did not feel safe or well treated. I would not recommend it.
Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en el Hotel 4R Gran Regina (septiembre 2025) fue muy negativa. Sufrimos ruidos y escándalos constantes por parte de otros huéspedes en estado de embriaguez, incluso encontrándonos a una menor desmayada en el pasillo. Nuestra tranquilidad y descanso se vieron afectados todas las noches, el personal no solucionó la situación pese a nuestras quejas reiteradas. Tampoco se respetaron los carteles de “no molestar”. La gestión del hotel fue muy deficiente y no nos sentimos ni seguros ni bien tratados. No lo recomendaría.
