Very good 9 Vanessa Travelled with  colleague August 2015 My hotel was not the Quinta do Monte in Monte, but the Quinta do Estreito in Estreito da Camara de Lobos. The treatment was magnificent, from the reception staff to the maintenance staff. Always with a smile on their faces and always ready to give us an answer as soon as possible.
Mi hotel no fue el Quinta do Monte en Monte,sino el Quinta do Estreito en Estreito da Camara de Lobos. El trato ha sido magnifico, desde el personal de recepcion hasta el de mantenimiento. Siempre con una sonrisa en su rostro y dispuestos siempre a darnos respuesta en la mayor brevedad.
The hotel is a bit run down for a five star hotel. The pool area is very nice but gives the feeling of being a little neglected, the loungers, the mats. The wifii area, only at the entrance. Not in the rooms.
