8 Nayara Travelled with family August 2015 The tranquility of the hotel. The free use of buses to go up and down to Funchal. The friendliness of the hotel staff.

The hotel is a bit run down for a five star hotel. The pool area is very nice but gives the feeling of being a little neglected, the loungers, the mats. The wifii area, only at the entrance. Not in the rooms.
