Located in the town of El Barco de Ávila, in the province of Ávila, in the community of Castilla y León. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the town, very close to the Tormes river, 2'7kms away is the centre of El Barco de Ávila.

Al llegar al hotel me avisan que al día siguiente se celebraba una boda,con los percances que eso supondría (limitación en servicios,descanso alterado) Ni el hotel ni el teleoperador se responsabilizó de no habernos avisado,ni dieron alternativas,ya que se limpiaron las manos y se pasaron la patata caliente entre ellos. Me parece que no fueron muy profesionales y tuvieron un fallo grave del que no supieron reaccionar y compensar...esos detalles son los que hacen que el cliente vuelva a un sitio,o se vaya decepcionado por el trato recibido. A día de hoy,sigo esperando, después de 2 correos,que busco un chollo se digne al menos a responder a mis quejas y al menos paliar mi enfado.
