Entorno magnifico, el hotel tiene de todo para pasar ratos entretenidos, eso si todo previo pago. El personal muy amable.

Las habitaciones bastantes dejadas, el mobiliario muy viejo y roto. El sofa-cama era horrible, super incomodo. La limpieza deja mucho que desear. Todo hacia olor a viejo, aunque intentan camuflarlo con vaporizadores de olor. No corresponde a un hotel de 5 estrellas. Ya sabiamos que por fecha no entraba el spa, que tuvimos que pagar a parte, pero, en teoria, habia excursiones diarias y al llegar allí nos dijeron que las excursiones eran para un nivel medio y que si no estabas acostumbrado o tenias un nivel minimo no las podias hacer así que no pudimos hacer ninguna. La piscina exterior esta muy bien pero no pudimos disfrutarla mucho porque hacia frio y ,aunque es climatizada, el agua estaba helada. (uno de los motivos para escoger este hotel fue por las excursiones y la piscina). Las bebidas muy caras. La verdad que un poco decepcionante para el precio que hemos pagado.
