 9.7 Mar MR Travelled with family December 2019 El personal encantador y el desayuno genial 6.3 Hilda Travelled with family December 2019 Desayuno y comodidad El agua en la ducha y lavabo estaba fría y no pudieron solucionarlo. Poca gente en el hotel y en día de Nochebuena no organizaron ni un brindis con los clientes. Poco interés de parte del hotel, caro en relación a la calidad de los servicios. 9.3 Rosa Maria Travelled with  friends December 2019 Hotel excelente y setubal es precioso ademas lisboa esta muy cerca y es una maravilla. El personal tb fue correcto Coincidimos con un grupo numeroso de unas 60 personas mayores, y el hotel no debió de tener esto en cuenta, pues a la hora de desayunos y comidas, ni había espacio ni comida. De hecho, tuvieron que habilitarnos una mesa fuera del comedor, junto a la recepción. Un poco surrealista, pero así fue. Aunque los camareros fueron muy atentos y se les notó incómodos con la situación.
