We stayed with only bed and breakfast. Room and hotel is clean. Did not use the pool or other facilities. The breakfast itself is fine

However the breakfast room it is not a Nice place to easy enjoy your breakfast. It is loud and crowded. It is my personal experience that I did not like this. Next time I would book without breakfast.

Lots of improvements needed: Hardly any entertainment, the evening entertainment for kids aged 1 to 4 is just nursery songs, no games, no fun atmosphere, nothing going on for adults, really no entertainment at all. Two days a week there’s a show from outside the hotel, the rest of the time it’s the hotel entertainers, one day there’s karaoke (you really have to see it), another day a couples’ game, another day another game... it's not professional. By 11.00 p.m. there’s nothing, they leave some music on until midnight but people just leave. The food is pretty bad and there isn’t much variety. The rooms are very old with quite a few things needing fixing. The pool bar is only open until 6.30 p.m. The pool closes at 8.00 p.m. All-Inclusive finishes at 11.00 p.m. If you order a coffee it’s different depending on whether you’re all-inclusive or paying, it’s a different machine, and it’s the same with drinks (Pepsi from a tap for all-inclusive, from a bottle if you pay). There’s sometimes a queue to get into the dining room and it’s really hot—best not to eat near the windows. No variety at all—if you like paella, fideuá, macaroni and spaghetti you can eat them every day of the week, there’s also some grilled food—pork loin and some fish. It’s really noisy in the dining room, with dishes clattering and lots of people, not much soundproofing. The pools are boiling hot and extremely crowded, the lifeguards are mostly just doing their own thing (looking at their phones). The facilities in general are very old and not very appealing. The lifts are very slow, expect queues to use them.

Mejoras muchísimas: Animación casi nula,animación de noche para niños de 1 a4 años con canciones de escuela infantil nada de juegos,no hay juerga no hay movimiento con los adultos ,no hay animación en general ,dos días hay un espectáculo de fuera del hotel el resto son los animadores,un día karaoke( es para verlo) otro un juego de parejas,otro día otro juego...no es profesional ...a las 23.00h ya no hay nada ,dejan música puesta hasta las 24.00h pero la gente se va. La comida bastante mala y poca variedad Las habitaciones muy antiguas con bastantes desperfectos. El horario del bar de piscina hasta las 18.30h. Y el horario de piscina hasta las 20.00h El todo incluido hasta las 23.00h.Si pides un café es diferente si vas con todo incluido que si lo pagas con dinero,es una maquina diferente al igual que la bebida (Pepsi de grifo con t.i y de botella pagando) Alguna cola para entrar a comedor y bastante calor ,mejor no comer cerca de los cristales. Nada de variedad estás de suerte si te gusta la paella,fideuá ,macarrones y espaguetis puedes comer los todos los días de la semana,comida a la plancha lomo y algún pescado. Mucho ruido en el comedor ,de platos y gente ,no hay mucha insonorización. Las piscinas con el agua ardiendo y muchísima gente ,los socorristas un poco a su rollo(mirando el móvil) Las instalaciones en general muy antiguas y poco llamativas. Los ascensores muy lentos ,colas para poder cogerlos.
