Las fotos con las que el hotel se anuncia en busco un chollo NO CORRESPONDEN con la habitación. El alojamiento es de los años 80. Muebles antiguos, poco espacio y todo muy junto. La calefacción NO FUNCIONA y cuando te alojas en diciembre en un hotel, lo menos que esperas es dormir en una habitación caliente. Nada más llegar, NO tenían la habitación preparada, y eso que el check out es a las 12.00 y el chek in a las 15.00. Con lo cual, tuvieron 3 HORAS para dejar la habitación preparada y cuando llegué, sobre las 15.30, NO ESTABA PREPARADA. Un desastre, a rasgos generales. Lamento que en busco un chollo no se puedan adjuntar FOTOS para completar mi opinión y demostrar que lo que digo es cierto. Espero que esta opinión la lean los futuros huéspedes para que declinen alojarse en este hotel y elijan otra estancia para disfrutar de la bella ciudad que es OPORTO.

No me gustó nada la habitación del Hotel,aunque el personal en recepción muy amable y super antentos. Para ser un 3 estrellas,deberían de cuidar un poco más el aspecto de las habitaciones,o por lo menos la que nos tocó a nosotros: 1-Muebles super antiguos y mal conservados 2-El cuarto de baño se ve claramente que no han cambiado un bide,un grifo o el water desde el siglo pasado. 3-La vista desde la habitación daba a un patio trasero muy feo 4-Polvo en el cabecero de la cama y en los espejos Estos 4 puntos fue lo único negativo,por lo demas,sin problemas.Quedamos muy contentos con el desayuno que ofrecían.
