Personal muy amable tanto de la recepción del hotel, como del personal de buscounchollo.com al que tuvimos que acudir. Recomendable ir a Oporto en taxi o Uber ya que aparcar y la circulación es muy complicada. Unos 12 € por trayecto. Muy bien el crucero y el tour en bus
Deberían evitar errores al publicar la oferta. En nuestro caso ofrecían habitación triple estandar y triple superior, cuando el hotel sólo tiene habitaciones dobles y añaden una cama supletoria para niños y con mal colchón, no aconsejable para pasar la noche. Gracias al personal de buscounchollo.com y al recepcionista, esto se resolvió satisfactoriamente.

Mucho ruido de la calle, nos toco la habitacion frente los ascensores y toda la noche oyendo los ruidos de las huespedes al salir y entrar en el ascensor, ( aunque yo lo considero falta de educacion y falta de respeto por parte de los huespedes) y por ultimo el cafe verdaderamente intomable el primer dia hicimos 3 y tuvimos que marchar sin cafe
