Todo ha estado perfecto, las habitaciones muy bien nos toco en una sexta planta y hemos descansado muy bien. La comida del bufete excelente para ser tipo bufete. Una grata experiencia, volveremos a repetir en una época que haga mejor tiempo.

Por decir algo las almohadas, son muy planas y tienes que pedir dos para que tengas un poco de altura.

El personal del comedor era muy atento.

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones, se lo comenté y me dijeron que no había aire acondicionado, que solo estaban puestos en modo ventilador, les dije que una de las habitaciones sí que tenía, que la otra habitación estaría estropeado, me dijeron que iban a decírselo al de mantenimiento y no supe más del tema. Había trozos de rodapie sueltos en una de las habitaciones. No cambiaron las sábanas ninguno de las cinco noches que estuvimos, ni hacían bien la limpieza del suelo, te encontrabas pelusones debajo de las camas.

Las actividades en halloween estuvieron bien y la animacion fue buena. El animador Israel es muy cansino y bastante arrogante. Bravo por el animador Argentino que se portó muy bien en todo momento y fue muy atento. El personal de comedor que te acompaña a las mesas fue muy agradable pero una de las camareras (mujer mayor delgada con gafas) le pedimos mas agua ya que nos entraba dentro del precio y nos puso mala cara. La comida no es para tirar cohetes y la cena tampoco. Los postres como la pasteleria tiene todo el mismo sabor y poca variedad. Lo mejor el desayuno, muy completo y variado.

El gimnasio es una porqueria, todas las bicicletas rotas solo funcionaban las cintas de correr y alguna otra mas. Muy mal cuidado. La piscina climatizada estaba bien pero la gente va sin gorro y lo veo muy antihigienico ya que no tienen la norma de llevar gorro en la piscina cubierta. Repito que el animador Israel le den vacaciones indefinidas ya al igual que a la chica rubia (alemana) que tienen de relaciones publicas o lo que sea que es muy borde y nada agradable. Pocas actividades para adultos y repetitivas. Repetiria visita al hotel por el precioque pagué y ni un euro mas.
