La comida fue pésima, malísima, y las bebidas se cobraban a doblón, un litro de agua por 4 euros es penoso, y el cafe del desayuno era horrible. La televisión, estaban los menús en ucraniano o algo asi y solo se veian canales extranjeros, menos mal que soy amiga de la tecnología y pude cambiar el idioma, cambiar la configuración y resintonizarlo. El último dia quisimos subir a ver la piscina y estaba cerrada. Preguntamos y nos dijeron que al dia siguiente cerraba el hotel (no sabemos si permanentemente o solo hasta el próximo verano) y que seguramente ya habrían cerrado esa zona...

Buena gestión por parte del servicio hacia al cliente de buscaunchollo.

Hicimos la reserva hace más de una semana y llegamos al hotel y nos decían que la reserva estaba anulada y que si queríamos dormir en el hotel teníamos que pagar otra habitación. Lógicamente nos negamos ya que la reserva ya estaba pagada de hace días y nadie nos informó de ningún fallo en la reserva. Nos hicieron esperar una hora de reloj a la recepción (por lo cuál perdimos la cena que nos entraba en la oferta porqué se pasó la hora y cerraron comedor) y al final nos dejaron entrar gracias al servicio de buscaunchollo. Trato por parte de la recepcionista un 0. El hotel en si estaba bien pero no lo recomendaría para otros clientes ya que un hotel de 4 estrellas tiene un servicio de cara al cliente vergonzoso.
