La limpieza de la habitación. Aunque sea antiguo, le han hecho un lavado de cara y reformado. No hay paredes de humedades, sábanas bien limpias sin encontrar pelos por el medio. Bufet libre de desayuno todo ok. Faltaria pan que no fuera blanco, o al menos integral. No había opciones del pan (sin gluten, o espelta o sarraceno) pero al menos integral ya nos hubiera sido suficiente.
Un menú excesivamente caro. Creo que eran 36 euros por persona i no se podia compartir. Somos 2 adultos montañeros y un niño de 7 años humildes con un sueldo básico, así que hicimos unos bocadillos en la terraza que tienen fuera, ya que pagar más de 90 para comer o cenar, es como estar en una habitacion 24horas, y NO nos lo podemos permitir. Hemos hechado de menos unos platos combinados de 10euros por ejemplo, unas cocacolas y unos cafés, y por 40eur podriamos haber comido los 3 sin haber tenido que ir todos los dias (ecepto uno) a comer a sant llorenç de morunys.

The food they offer is terrible and expensive, they take advantage of the location and the lack of other options but there is really much to be desired in the quality of their services! Food is either undercooked or overcooked, poorly used seasonings, very small portions and on top of that it's self-service and you pay as if in a luxury restaurant. The hotel mattresses need a general change, in our room not a single one was in good condition. You can hear everything, absolutely everything, the one going to the bathroom, the one snoring, the one "training at night", the misbehaving children... I'm very sorry but I wouldn't repeat it.
La comida que ofrecen es otrible y carisima, se aprovechan del lugar y no tener más opciones pero realmente hay mucho por desear en la calidad de sus servicios! Comida medio cruda o demasiado hecha,condimentos mal utilizados,cantidad muy justa y encima es selfservice y pagas como en un restaurante de lujo. Los colchones del hotel les conviene un cambio general, en nuestra habitación no hubo ni uno que estaba en condiciones. Se oye todo absolutamente todo,el que va al lavabo,el que ronca ,el que "entrena por la noche",los niños que se portan mal.....Lo siento mucho pero no repetiría
