I didn't like that when we arrived they didn't have the booking reflected, it's the first time it has happened to me and I have been booking with Busco un deal for years. At the hotel, they said that no booking had arrived and even after showing the PDF of the payment receipt, we had to wait with the children for about 40 minutes until Busco un deal confirmed it. This also led to the room not being ready and they had to prepare the children's beds with us inside.
