Another issue at breakfast: the coffee machines were broken and they served us Nescafé instant coffee with milk, with no alternative offered. To top it off, when my family and I tried to shower only scalding hot water came out. The same receptionist came up and ran the water for 10 minutes trying to get cooler water — “trying” because she couldn’t, and we were left halfway. I’m not giving a lower rating only because some of the staff were very attentive.
