La comida estaba buena, aunque para mi gusto había mucho frito. Lo bueno es que siempre había carne y pescado que te hacían en el momento. La limpieza de habitaciones era correcta. El personal es muy amable y está siempre a tu disposición, además tiene la ventaja de que puedes dejar la llave de la habitación en recepción. Todas las noches hay animación en la recepción, que para los niños es muy buena opción si no te apetece salir del hotel.
Hubo un día que no nos limpiaron la habitación y tuvimos que avisar de que la hicieran, y aún así no subieron a limpiarla, simplemente nos llevaron un rollo de papel higiénico. Cogimos dos habitaciones, ambas muy calurosas. Una de ellas daba a un patio interior enano, por lo que era muy oscura, la otra tenía una terraza de no más de 2 metros cuadrados con una mesa cutre. La decoración de las habitaciones son bastante simples, además solo hay un enchufe libre en cada habitación.

La situación del hotel es excelente, playa a 5 minutos andando, cines cerca, el centro también al lado. Buen personal, muy amable, igual que el servicio de limpieza, excelente.
El aparcamiento, ds imposible aparcar por la zona, no me quedó más remedio que aparcar a 20 minutos, aunque para descargar y cargar el coche de maletas te dejan dejarlo en la puerta.

So glad to have found this company. Really good prices and very easy to book with. They are very responsive to any queries and I found them very helpful. Unfortunately, due to ill health, we had to cancel our last holiday but had a full refund within minutes of notifying them.

The hotel,excellent nice quiet location within walking distance of public transport rail and bus. ( I have mobility issues) accommodation high standard but for me the bath was an issue (no grab bars)room spaciousand airy.Staff very helpful excellent service. Meals well presented, excellent in variety .Public rooms clean and tidy particularly enjoyed the library.Public areas loved the tranquility and coolness of the lawns and the 2nd swimming pool. I would stay again.I have recommended this hotel to my friends

I wanted to check in 15 minutes after my booking. At the reception they could not see my booking. It was around 10 pm but the jump2spain helpdesk was available and talked to the reception so i could check in. Which was a really great service.
