About the accommodation
Our Lady of Victory (3 *) hotel is located in a small fishing village on the Costa del Sol: Rincon de la Victoria. The municipality is located 12km from the capital of Malaga and is constituted as a portico of one of the culturally richest regions of all Andalusia (La Axarquía Malagueña). The hotel is located in a watchtower that provides exceptional views of the bay and the adjacent beaches (about 300m).
The lands of Rincon de la Victoria present a typical landscape of the coastal Axarquia. Olive trees, almond trees, carob trees and vines spread throughout most of the territory, contributing to the landscape the greenery of subtropical crops. You can take advantage of your trip to visit the Cave of the Treasure, interesting for its cave paintings; the Strong House of Bezmeliana, of great architectural value at European level; the battlement towers located on the coast. And don't forget to take a dip in the fantastic beaches that you can find. The most sportive can enjoy the practice of golf and other water sports since the town is equipped with good infrastructure for its practice.
Its cuisine is especially focused on fish (sardines, horse mackerel, "Victorian anchovies", ...), but without neglecting its good muscat wine and some of its own dishes, such as fried goat, crumbs, maimones soup or lamb grilled. Its typically Mediterranean cuisine will not leave you indifferent.
