 10 Maite Travelled with couple February 2020 At first we were given a room that was in very bad condition. When we went down to reception to report the situation, they changed our room without any problem, and even gave us a superior room. The breakfast the next day was spectacular. But the most remarkable thing in our opinion was the quality of the staff that attended us during our stay.
Al principio nos dieron una habitación que estaba en muy mal estado. Al bajar a recepción a dar parte de la situación, nos cambiaron de habitación sin ponernos ningún problema, e incluso nos adjudicaron una de calidad superior. El desayuno al día siguiente fue espectacular. Pero lo más destacable en nuestra opinión fue la calidad del personal que nos atendió durante toda la estancia

La habitación muy limpia, cama súper cómoda, decoración muy mona.
At breakfast we missed something hot (eggs, bacon...etc). The elevator could be heard from the room every time someone pressed the button.
En el desayuno nos ha faltado algo caliente (huevos, bacon...etc). Se escuchaba el ascensor desde la habitación cada vez que alguien le daba al botón.
