Perhaps the elevators were too small for the volume of people.

 7.7 Laura Travelled with couple September 2022 There were no surprises. The staff is very friendly and the overall atmosphere was good. The food was varied and I did not miss anything. The waiters were attentive with the dirty dishes and tables.
No ha habido sorpresas. El personal es muy amable y el ambiente en general fue bueno. La comida era variada y no eché en falta nada. Los camareros atentos con los platos sucios y las mesas.
We were put in a room with three single beds when we were a couple, although two were together forced us to sleep separated by the sheets, being single if we put them together in the middle of the night we were uncovered. The cleaning of the rooms forced you to be out of it from 9-16 to be cleaned because if they passed at 9:15 and you were still inside you did not do it until 16 .... And after lunch you had to go for a walk when what you wanted was to lie down for a while. In the end they did the room only one day out of 6. And that day they didn't do the bathrooms. But well, it's "our" fault for being in it when it happened so I can't really protest and with the beds we didn't ask for a big one before.... But we didn't think it was necessary.
Nos pusieron en una habitación con tres camas individuales cuando íbamos una pareja, aunque dos estaban juntas nos obligó a dormir separados por las sabanas, al ser individuales si las juntábamos a media noche estabamos destapados alguno. La limpieza de las habitaciones te obligaba a estar fuera de ella de 9-16 para que la limpiaran porque si pasaban a las 9:15 y estabas todavía dentro no te la hacían hasta las 16... Y después de comer te tenias que ir a dar un paseo cuando lo que te apetece es echarte un rato. Al final nos hicieron la habitación solo un día de 6. Y ese día no hicieron los baños. Pero bueno, es culpa "nuestra" por estar en ella cuando pasaban así que realmente no puedo protestar y con las camas no pedimos antes que fuese una grande... Pero no pensamos que fuese necesario.

 9.3 Ana Berta Travelled with couple September 2022 The hotel is phenomenal for a three star hotel, you can not ask for more, it has been a great vacation, the hotel is super close to downtown, and breakfast and dinner people can not complain how you have variety, I do not think that each person at home has five or six dishes to choose from, so for me great, phenomenal value for money.
El hotel está fenomenal para ser un hotel de tres estrellas, no se puede pedir más,han sido unas vacaciones estupendas, el hotel está súper cerquita del centro, y el desayuno y la cena la gente no se como se puede quejar tienes variedad, no creo que cada persona en su casa tenga cinco o seis platos para elegir, así que para mí estupendo, calidad precio fenomenal
To put a downside to the rooms would be a little outdated and how far it is from the beach to walk, there are many stairs.

 3.7 Ismael Travelled with couple September 2022 The food is not bad but there is not much variety and the drinks are only red and white wine without soda.
La comida no esta mal pero poca variedad y la bebida solo vino blanco y tinto sin gaseosa.
The bathroom was terrible the bathtub with an uncomfortable faucet for showering, the bed mattress was very bad, the pool was small with no grass or shade, no entertainment.

 3.5 Anonymous Travelled with couple September 2022 If I had to say something positive about the hotel is that we were given a room on the ninth floor and the sea views were breathtaking at sunrise.
Si tuviera que decir algo positivo del Hotel es que nos dieron habitacion en un noveno piso y las vistas al mar eran impresionantes al salir el sol .
We stayed 9 days and the day before leaving they changed our sheets, the towels are left to your choice if you want to collaborate with the environment, we held them for 3 days, to collaborate, we had a balcony and after showering we put them in the sun, the food was not very varied, verypetitive, most of the dining room staff were quite dry and very serious.
Estuvimos alojados 9 dias y el dia antes de irnos nos cambiaron las sabanas , las toallas te las dejan a tu eleccion por si quieres colaborar con el medio ambiente , nosotros las aguantamos 3 dias , para colaborar , teniamos un balcon y despues de ducharnos las poniamos al sol , la comida no era muy variada muy tepetitiva ,gran parte del personal del comedor eran bastante secos y muy serios .
