About the accommodation

Located in the Spanish town of Mora de Rubielos, capital of the Gúdar - Javalambre region. It is also located in the Sierra de Gúdar (Teruel), halfway between the ski slopes of Valdelinares and Javalambre.

La situación del Hotel y el entorno
La habitación triple es una pequeña habitación doble con 2 camas donde han encajado un plegatin incomodisimo. No quedando espacio entre las camas al estar las 3 pegadas. E incluso así resultando difícil abrir el balcón, lo cual era necesario pues no había aire acondicionado y hacía calor. Por otro lado el descuento del 10 % que se ofrece del oulet no es tal. Es solo del 5 % y tampoco en todo.

El personal de la mañana muy amable. El señor muy simpático, se preocupó por si no me había gustado el postre para darme otro (si me gustó sólo que no me lo comí todo). La gran terraza a la que se sale desde la habitación está genial, aunque es una pena que no se pueda disfrutar por la noche para ver las estrellas por el gran foco que la ilumina. El entorno muy bonito. El desayuno buffet bastante bien y la tortilla muy esponjosa.
El personal de noche muy antipático, sin ganas de hacer su trabajo y cero preocupación por el cliente. El menú de 15 euros de la comida no merece la pena, el segundo plato lo sirvieron frío y para tener su propio asador dejaba mucho que desear. El precio de 30 euros por persona la noche no es ningún chollo. La "degustación" es una especie de rosquilla o una galleta para compartir entre las dos personas que han pagado la habitación. Nunca antes me he sentido tan timada con una oferta de buschounchollo como con esta.

El entorno, el desayuno y el personal de la mañana. El camarero de gafitas muy atento y servicial.
La recepcionista de por la tarde que fue muy antipática y poco servicial, fuimos a pedirle que nos cambiara la habitación y sin llegar a escuchar la pregunta, nos contesto que no. La habitación que nos dieron tenía dos camas, estaba pegando a la terraza del bar con lo que se escuchaba todo y no teníamos nada de intimidad pues si habrías la cortina te veía todo el mundo. La degustación en el horno Sanz fue una rosquilla envuelta a mala leche y mala cara, no pretendíamos nada fuera de lo común pero el la oferta parece algo un poco mejor y sobre todo el trato, sin embargo la chica morena fue mucho mas amable, aún así compramos miel y unos dulces. Pero esto es como todo suerte y para gusto los colores.
