Cuando llegamos a la recepción nos llevamos la grata sorpresa de que teníamos aparcamiento gratuito. En el restaurante guardamos una botella de vino que estaba casi vacía y al día siguiente no la encontraba el camarero y automáticamente nos ofreció una botella nueva sin cargo. La situación del hotel está muy bien ya que está muy cerca de la zona de la basílica pero lo suficiente como para estar tranquilo. Sin duda recomiendo este hotel.

When the hotel told me my booking had been cancelled, you were so helpful and did everything you could to reassure me and worked with the hotel to straighten out the issue. I was really impressed and greatful and despite me not getting a room close by, it want your error and I know you tried your best. I would definitely book with you again
