The Hotel Marco Polo by Nexta 3* is located in La Massana, Andorra. It is in an ideal location: just 650m from the cable car that gives access to the ski resort of Pal-Arinsal.

It has a restaurant service where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner. For the snow season, the hotel offers free ski lockers. For the summer season, the hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, ideal for cooling off! It also has indoor car park (for a fee) and free wifi throughout the hotel.

Todo bien durante nuestra estancia familiar. Fuimos dos adultos y dos niños, la habitación muy cómoda. Eran como dos habitaciones independientes y un baño completo para todos. Todo estaba limpio, la primera noche pasamos algo de calor porque no hay instalación de aire acondicionado pero la segunda noche estuvimos mejor. Respecto al trato recibido del personal del hotel fue el correcto, nos resolvieron dudas que teníamos y nos trataron genial. Y respecto al desayuno estaba muy bien, había variedad, y todo de buena calidad.
Las instalaciones son algo anticuadas pero están bien, si que quizás el tema de poner aire acondicionado o ventiladores en las habitaciones ya que con estas olas de calor hasta en plena montaña de noche se nota que no refresca tanto como hace unos años atrás.

Aunque las habitaciones están reformadas, los baños no y sobre todo chirriaba la puerta de una manera horrible. The hotel,excellent nice quiet location within walking distance of public transport rail and bus. ( I have mobility issues) accommodation high standard but for me the bath was an issue (no grab bars)room spaciousand airy.Staff very helpful excellent service. Meals well presented, excellent in variety .Public rooms clean and tidy particularly enjoyed the library.Public areas loved the tranquility and coolness of the lawns and the 2nd swimming pool. I would stay again.I have recommended this hotel to my friends

I wanted to check in 15 minutes after my booking. At the reception they could not see my booking. It was around 10 pm but the jump2spain helpdesk was available and talked to the reception so i could check in. Which was a really great service.
