Hemos estado varias veces, es nuestro hotel favorito cuando vamos a Andorra. Hara 1 año aproximadamente que reformaron la recepcion y a quedado muy guapa. Las habitaciones son amplias, estan muy limpias, la cama esta muy bien se duerme de maravilla lo unico que seria un punto negativo son los cojines que son muy blandos y a nosotros nos gustan mas duros. El personal del hotel muy simpatico y qualquier duda o problema te lo solucionan. El almuerzo es muy variado hay embutido, bolleria, fruta, zumos, cafetera, etc, etc. Por ultimo el parquing del hotel vale 18€.

No hemos quedado satisfechos con el servicio recibido. En el centro de Andorra, justo donde se ubica el hotel, estaban en obras y cuando llamé para preguntar precios del parking nadie nos dijo que lo tenían inactivo por las obras. No se nos informó de nada. El personal de recepción fue descortés ante el incidente sucedido. Ni tan siquiera se disculparon.Además el desayuno era escaso, sin muchas opciones y la televisión no se veía bien por problemas con la antena. No lo recomiendo para nada. He ido muchas veces a Andorra y hay hoteles de tres estrellas que ofrecen mucha más calidad por un precio similar.
