Situación. Playa.tranquilo. la comida era poco variada pero no estaba mal. Pero falta una oferta con alojamiento y desayuno, ya que los bares de la zona son baratos y se come bien
Nos dieron una habitación que era como un zulo la ventana tenia vistas a la terraza de otra habitación. Nos quejamos y nos cambiaron la segunda noche y las mujeres de la limpieza nos dijeron que todo el mundo que duerme hay se queja. Ya nos extrañaba que nos cambiaran la habitación sin problemas como si fuera lo normal

La ubicación, realmente estás en primera línea de playa y el baño en esa zona es estupendo. El personal muy atento en general. Me gustó que nos arreglaran la habitación un día que la dejamos bastante tarde.
La comida no había por donde cogerla, buffet donde prima la cantidad pero no la calidad. Los horarios del comedor no me parecieron muy en consonancia con el ritmo de vacaciones, desayunar de 8-10.30 y cenar de 20-22.30, íbamos siempre tarde!!!! Que no tuviera ascensor me sorprendió mucho, aunque sólo hubiera una planta se hacía interminable subiendo el equipaje

So glad to have found this company. Really good prices and very easy to book with. They are very responsive to any queries and I found them very helpful. Unfortunately, due to ill health, we had to cancel our last holiday but had a full refund within minutes of notifying them.

my weekend .The hotel,excellent nice quiet location…
The hotel,excellent nice quiet location within walking distance of public transport rail and bus. ( I have mobility issues) accommodation high standard but for me the bath was an issue (no grab bars)room spaciousand airy.Staff very helpful excellent service. Meals well presented, excellent in variety .Public rooms clean and tidy particularly enjoyed the library.Public areas loved the tranquility and coolness of the lawns and the 2nd swimming pool. I would stay again.I have recommended this hotel to my friends

I wanted to check in 15 minutes after my booking. At the reception they could not see my booking. It was around 10 pm but the jump2spain helpdesk was available and talked to the reception so i could check in. Which was a really great service.
