Todo mal, desde que llegamos a recepción hasta la salida no ha habido persona que no se haya quejado. Las habitaciones un desastre, este hotel de 4 estrellas no tiene nada. Los colchones hundidos, las mesitas de noche bufadas de humedad, los porta rollos de papel oxidados, los grifos también, las paredes con humedad y sucias y los somieres rotos. Sin hablar de los olores, eso era insoportable. Nos cambiaron de habitación, llegando a ver 8 habitación hasta dar con una algo decente. Teníamos la salida el 1 de Mayo y nos fuimos el 30 de Abril y tampoco nos devolvieron la tasa turística ya que nos quedamos un día menos. No recomiendo este sitio en absoluto, pésimo todo, la única persona que nos atendió muy bien fue la chica de limpieza Maritza que nos ayudó en absolutamente todo, por lo demás inadecuado en todos los sentidos.
