Polite and helpful staff.Big rooms.location very good.Everything nearby.
Had two rooms reserved,one room air-conditioned was slow and the room was hot,and the view not good from my rooms.

La ubicación,el personal muy amable,la habitación muy limpia y el baño.Nos dieron una habitación interior y nada de ruidos .La comida estaba buena en general.
El hotel en si ,necesita una reforma en general, incluida la decoración.Es un hotel anclado en los años 80 . Por ejemplo ,las camas (colchones),los baños,el aire acondicionado,las televisiones, mobiliario etc. La categoría de 4 estrellas le queda grande.Y respecto a la comida estaba buena pero para un 4 estrellas no.Para tomar café en la terraza de la piscina con mucho calor y más bien parecía un quiosco que otra cosa .En resumen necesita reforma y decoración.
