Quería comenzar agradeciendo la atención recibida durante la estancia, especialmente por parte del personal de recepción, que en general fue amable y facilitó la experiencia.
No obstante, me gustaría compartir algunos aspectos que considero importantes para mejorar la experiencia de futuros clientes. En primer lugar, la habitación, aunque en líneas generales era cómoda, presentaba una acumulación de polvo bastante notable. Esto hizo que el descanso no fuese el esperado, especialmente para personas sensibles o con alergias, como fue mi caso durante los dos días de estancia. Por otro lado, el spa, que a priori coincide con lo que se muestra en las imágenes, dista bastante en cuanto a mantenimiento y estado real. Se apreciaban zonas con suciedad y falta de cuidado, lo que desluce considerablemente la experiencia. En la misma línea, los vestuarios y las duchas se encontraban en condiciones claramente mejorables, con una sensación general de falta de mantenimiento. En cuanto a la comida, el desayuno fue correcto y bastante satisfactorio. Sin embargo, la cena incluida no cumplió las expectativas: había poca variedad y la calidad de los platos resultó bastante justa. Además, uno de los motivos por los que elegí esta oferta fue el late check-out hasta las dos de la tarde. En un primer momento se me indicó que no sería posible por disponibilidad, algo que genera cierta confusión cuando este servicio forma parte de lo ofertado. Finalmente, sí pude disfrutarlo, pero considero que, si se incluye como parte del paquete, debería garantizarse sin generar dudas al cliente. En cuanto a la relación calidad-precio, siendo objetiva, el precio fue bajo y eso se nota en ciertos aspectos, por lo que en ese sentido es correcto. Sin embargo, lo que se ofrece en la promoción genera unas expectativas que luego no terminan de ajustarse a la realidad encontrada. Con ánimo constructivo, espero que estos comentarios sirvan para mejorar la experiencia de futuros huéspedes.

El hotel está bien situado se puede coger el tren FEVE detrás y el de Renfe también cerca, las habitaciones muy bien, el desayuno y la cena muy buenos, del lugar es una zona moderna, con muchos servicios y se aparca bien.
