The cleanliness was bad (I killed two cockroaches in the bathroom the first night). The bed mattress needs an urgent change, two nights without sleeping a wink. It was sinking and there was no way to sleep. I had to find my own way to get the entrance to the park as the hotel did not know how to manage it. There is hardly any staff in the hotel.

Cuando llegamos no había nadie habían dejado la llave de la habitación encima del mostrador siendo que ponía que estarían hasta las 5 y eran las 4, la cama era muy muy incómoda, te hundías por completo, las dos noches prácticamente sin dormir. Las cortinas estaban llenas de moho. Cuando fuimos a desayunar (que nos entraba con la habitación) las camareras no nos ofrecieron nada, les pedimos un café con leche y les tuve que preguntar yo si había algo de comer, su respuesta fue que me podía hacer un trozo de pan con mantequilla y mermelada o un trozo de una tarta de chocolate. Me pedí la tostada pero mi novio que es celíaco no pudo comer nada porque era lo único que había. Me parece vergonzoso que se venda una habitación con desayuno y que no haya ni cosas para desayunar porque para un café con leche me cojo una habitación más barata que no tenga desayuno y me pago el café con leche en un bar. Después de pasar todo el día en cabarceno llegamos al hotel y no nos abría la tarjeta, no había nadie como siempre y llamamos a un número que nos dijo que abriéramos con la llave maestra que estaba ahí en el mismo mostrador de la entrada a acceso de todos, cualquiera podría entrar a nuestra habitación y nosotros a la de los demás, o cualquiera de la calle porque ahí no había nadie en recepción nunca y la puerta principal estaba abierta las 24h. Abrimos con la llave maestra y nos dijo que en poco se acercaba un chico a configurarla, nadie vino a hacerlo ni nadie nos llamó, estuvimos compartiendo la llave maestra con otra habitación lo que nos quedaba de estancia. Una vergüenza, voy a dejar de confiar en estos pack y buscarme el hotel por mi cuenta que por lo menos son hoteles normales.
