La limpieza nefasta, nada más llegar voy al baño y me encuentro el wc precintado pero salpicado de pis, abro la cama y me encuentro pelos…. Llame a la responsable y nos cambiaron de habitación. En general la limpieza es malísima, las instalaciones abandonadas. El spa y piscina cerrados. Nos dijeron por reparaciones yo creo que más Bien por falta de atención y ahorro de gastos. El desayuno o horroroso si Olé y malo. El café malísimo y después nada de fruta, cuatro manzanas arrugadas y pides algo y te dicen que no les ha dado tiempo a comprar. Zumo gastado y no reponen galletas gastadas…. Malísimo!

Llevo viendo a este hotel muchos años, la oferta ha ido cambiando quitando cada vez más servicios, entiendo que en vez de subir los precios los mantienen quitando extras. Pero lo que antes era un chollazo de verdad ahora es un hotelito donde pasar la noche y poco más.
Las instalaciones cada vez están más deterioradas. El spa ya lo conocía, es una pequeña piscina con dos chorros y una sauna. Pero esta vez ni eso, porque los chorros solo funcionaba uno y todo muy deteriorado con puertas rotas, etc. La segunda noche no paraba de escucharse como una succionadora de agua continua, debía de ser el filtrado del spa.

The hotel,excellent nice quiet location within walking distance of public transport rail and bus. ( I have mobility issues) accommodation high standard but for me the bath was an issue (no grab bars)room spaciousand airy.Staff very helpful excellent service. Meals well presented, excellent in variety .Public rooms clean and tidy particularly enjoyed the library.Public areas loved the tranquility and coolness of the lawns and the 2nd swimming pool. I would stay again.I have recommended this hotel to my friends

I wanted to check in 15 minutes after my booking. At the reception they could not see my booking. It was around 10 pm but the jump2spain helpdesk was available and talked to the reception so i could check in. Which was a really great service.
