6.4 Alba Travelled with couple April 2025 The room was not bad, there were damp marks on the wall but they were not an inconvenience. Both the cleanliness and the staff were correct.

La habitación no estaba mal, había marcas de humedad en la pared pero no fueron un inconveniente. Tanto la limpieza como el personal correctos.

To let you know that we had arrived we called the contact phone and it was turned off. The spa is cold water, to contrast with the sauna is not bad. At breakfast there were several things expired and moldy, we communicated it to the guy who was there and he said he had missed it. They charge two euros for lending a bathrobe. The hotel itself for the price is not bad but it would be nice if they would check the expiration dates of the food.

Para avisar de que habíamos llegado llamamos al teléfono de contacto y estaba apagado. El spa es de agua fría, para hacer contraste con la sauna no está nada mal. En el desayuno había varias cosas caducadas y con moho, se lo comunicamos al chico que estaba allí y dijo que se le había pasado. Cobran dos euros por prestar un albornoz. El hotel en sí por el precio no está mal pero sería todo un detalle que revisaran las fechas de caducidad de los alimentos.

La amabilidad de la gente, el Hotel estaba muy bien.

I was 2 minutes late on arrival at the Hotel Reception and they did not wait for me. I called half an hour before to warn of the possible delay due to traffic and the works of the Caretera. They did not pick it up despite insisting a lot both on the landline and on the cell phone, nor did they call me back. I was surprised when I arrived at the Hotel to see that it was closed. I called again to the 3 telephones that were there and only the last one answered. I had to wait about 15 minutes, but it was worth it. The sauna was broken.

Me retrasé 2 min de la hora prevista a la llegada al Recepción del Hotel y no me esperaron. Llamé una media Hora antes para avisar del posible retraso debido al tráfico y a las obras de la Caretera. No me lo cogieron a pesar de insistir mucho tanto en el fijo como en el móvil, tampoco me devolvieron la llamada. Sorpresa me la llevé en llegar al Hotel a ver que estaba cerrado. Vuelvo a llamar a los 3 teléfonos que habían y tan solo en el último me atiende. Tuve que esperar unos 15 min., pero a merecido la pena. La sauna estaba estropeada.

3.9 Rocío Travelled with couple February 2025 The food is tasty, the restaurant is cozy, the service is attentive. The soundproofing of the room was very good although the hallway was quite loud, also because people are not careful to speak a little quietly.

La comida es rica, el restaurante es acogedor, el servicio es atento. La insonorización de la habitación muy buena aunque lo del pasillo se oía bastante, también pq la gente no tiene cuidado de hablar un poco bajo.

The hairdryer didn't work, the heating didn't work either. The room is neglected, with darkened ceilings and peeling paint. The spa area is also neglected, with a big hole in the dirty ceiling and in the pool the side jets do not work. There are no staff at the reception so any incident you have to call a number to come to attend you or give you a solution. The toilet flush does not have a lot of water so sometimes it does not flush well. The closet is tiny, shirts crawl on the floor of the closet...

El secador no funcionaba, la calefacción tampoco La habitación está descuidada, con los techos oscurecidos y la pintura desconchada La zona spa también está dejada, con un gran agujero en el techo sucio y en la piscina los chorros laterales no funcionan. No tienen personal en la recepción por lo que cualquier incidencia tienes que andar llamando a un número para que vengan a atenderte o darte solución. La cadena del váter no tienen mucha agua por lo que,a veces, no traga bien el contenido. El armario es canijo, las camisas se arrastran por el suelo del armario...

The hotel needs to be renovated from top to bottom. The bathroom had so much condensation (without using it) that the floor was totally waterlogged. The sheets were wet from the humidity in the room. The water in the jacuzzi was quite cold. The light in the spa showers did not work. In short, I would go back to the restaurant with my eyes closed but I would not go back to the hotel even if they gave it to me as a gift.
