La camarera Raquel,muy simpática y amable,
Para ser un 5*necesita de varios servicios ,en habitación no hay nevera ,baño con muy poca luz en la ducha no hay luz,las toallas te piden que las uses varios días y muy poco personal ya que el recepcionista por la tarde no está y se ocupa la persona de restaurante ,me parece que no corresponde las.estrellas que tieneen 4 noches no nos han cambiado las sábanas.El.lugar es tranquilo y bonito pero faltan servicios.Es una pena.Crei.que nos dieron la habitación más pequeña porque veníamos con la oferta de buscounchollo,es el primer viaje que hemos reservado en Ponferrada y aquí ,en otras ocasiones lo hemos hecho con Booking y la estancia ha sido más satisfactoria en habitación.

So glad to have found this company. Really good prices and very easy to book with. They are very responsive to any queries and I found them very helpful. Unfortunately, due to ill health, we had to cancel our last holiday but had a full refund within minutes of notifying them.

my weekend .The hotel,excellent nice quiet location…
The hotel,excellent nice quiet location within walking distance of public transport rail and bus. ( I have mobility issues) accommodation high standard but for me the bath was an issue (no grab bars)room spaciousand airy.Staff very helpful excellent service. Meals well presented, excellent in variety .Public rooms clean and tidy particularly enjoyed the library.Public areas loved the tranquility and coolness of the lawns and the 2nd swimming pool. I would stay again.I have recommended this hotel to my friends

I wanted to check in 15 minutes after my booking. At the reception they could not see my booking. It was around 10 pm but the jump2spain helpdesk was available and talked to the reception so i could check in. Which was a really great service.
