About the accommodation

Hotel Patagonia 4* is located at the foot of the 6-people chairlift of the Arinsal ski resort . The hotel is just a few minutes from the center of Andorra la Vella, its shopping area and the Caldea thermal center. A privileged location!

It offers breakfast and dinner service in its restaurant, as well as reception, free ski locker service, you only have to leave a deposit of 20€ per stay that will be returned once the key is delivered.

It also has wifi connection throughout the complex, relaxation area (fee) and a gym for those who do not want to lose shape during your holiday. Don't worry about your vehicle, the hotel has a free outdoor car park.

It has 80 rooms ideal for families, all doubles with convertible sofa for two more people, fully equipped with bathroom and separate toilet, satellite TV, direct dial telephone and hairdryer.

The location is ideal both in winter and summer, since in winter you can ski or snowboard in Pal-Arinsal and in summer some of the activities that take place in the resort of Pal-Arinsal, such as cycling routes through the mountains.

El alojamiento es el mejor por su localización y aparcamiento para emprender rutas en el maravilloso parque fel Parque natural de Comapadrosa. La habitación que nos tocó francamente genial: reformada de hace poco y tipo apartamento con su minicocina y todo!!! Vamos, de lujo. El personal atento y servicial. El menú sin tener una amplia variedad era bueno y de calidad.

Tiene una gran explanada de aparcamiento y está a pie de pistas.
El hotel está muy deteriorado, suciedad y mal olor en los pasillos. La comida escasa y mala calidad. Las camas muy incómodas y el.plegatin del sofa de muelles es indormible . Por poner un ejemplo ,teníamos hormigas en la habitación y lo comentamos , la respuesta en recepción fue que estábamos en el.campo y que muchas personas no lo quieren entender. Subieron a ver la habitación y nos dijeron que ellos que eran de campo creian que no eran muchas las que habían. Y la solución fue :entraron en nuestra habitación y la dejaron abierta ya que según ellos tiraron insecticida, decir que cuando llegamos después de 10 minutos no olía a insecticida y ls hormigas seguían allí. Así que si eres de campo y te gusta dormir con hormigas este es tu hotel .
